Respected author Anituatua Black passed away at the age of 90 as Hana Limited were preparing to release a new collection of stories, Te Kuia Tūrehu o Te Pō me Ana Mokopuna. A taniwha of Māori oral traditions, Anituatua Black’s distinctly Tūhoe voice will continue to resonate with the forthcoming book.
